• 30 printed poster to be put up after this meeting
• Audrey – hat factory : all the requirements are fine need to by roar plugs for the show and filler for after the show
• catalogue – is almost finished waiting on approval from Rebecca (short edge binding)
• Audrey and Isabel – to be going over to island to see if they are willing to donate anything for the show
• Isabel – crisp 5 bags, two cheese and onion and three ready salted big bags all for £1
• need to make a vishulation list
• invitations one white a white box to be able to wright personal names on and one without a white box to be emailed around
• hard invitations ; 37 invitations, by tomorrow afternoon
• email the invitation to all staff and any other places
• Elian asda – may get some donations for the show
• refreshment costs
• victor book and pen : for guest to leave comments
• Name cards, naming work, price of the work? next week
• list of works
